The hotel had best possible and fab location not far from the grounds, Oldham, Ashton-under Lyme and Manchester, and the restaurant. Also, Church of st James was 2 km away. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, so I would stay here again.

No breakfast before 8:00, although Express Breakfast is advertised from 5:30. At 21:15 there was only a cold sandwich available after discussions. The hotel room was clean and well-kept, the staff was not very motivated.

The breakfast was sensational, had a huge variety of options. The accommodation had a central location next to a large nature reserve with good walks.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and the huge king-size bed was so comfortable. The food was great, especially the Sunday carvery at an amazing price. I will definitely return!

Great spot for a group vacation with friends! We loved visiting the local attractions such as The Lowry Art Gallery and Old Trafford. The hotel was a good base with comfy rooms. Don't miss the fun activities for both kids and adults nearby, perfect to dive into the wonders of the universe. Plus.
We had a bit of a hiccup upon check-in. Some of the staff at the reception were not very cute. It took a while to get assistance, disappointing, especially when you're excited to start your stay.

The parking area isn't sufficient during busy events like weddings!!! The jacuzzi in the upgraded room needs a thorough cleaning, and the shower pressure is inadequate!!!
